Mike is a dedicated wellness instructor passionate about helping others find balance and renewal through sauna and cold plunge therapy. His journey with contrast therapy began in 2020 and has remained a core part of his personal and professional wellness practice ever since. Adam’s journey into contrast therapy began in 2023 after purchasing a cold plunge for his home. While training for a bodybuilding competition that summer, he struggled with sleep and recovery—leading him to explore natural solutions. After incorporating sauna sessions, the results were undeniable: his fitness tracker showed a 19% improvement in sleep quality on contrast therapy days. From that point forward, cold plunges and sauna became a cornerstone of his wellness routine, practiced consistently 3–4 times a week.
Originally from Ocala, Adam discovered a passion for fitness at age 13, diving into weight training and high school weightlifting. He became a certified personal trainer while attending Florida State University and eventually transitioned into competitive bodybuilding. Years of high-intensity training, however, led to injuries—herniated discs, tendinitis, and a ruptured pectoral muscle—that forced him to reevaluate his approach. It was through this adversity that he recognized the power of recovery practices like massage therapy, bodywork, and contrast therapy in preventing injury and optimizing performance.
After his 2015 bodybuilding competition, Adam expanded his fitness repertoire to include yoga, Pilates, cycling, and circuit training—deepening his understanding of biomechanics and long-term physical health. He later became a licensed massage therapist and founded The Revival Cave, a wellness space dedicated to helping others heal and perform at their best.
As a sauna and cold plunge instructor, Adam now blends his expertise in fitness, rehabilitation, and contrast therapy to guide others on their wellness journey. Whether you’re an athlete focused on recovery or someone seeking improved mental and physical health, Adam’s approach helps unlock peak performance through balance, resilience, and science-backed recovery.
Sauna and cold plunge therapy have been core elements of Zack’s wellness journey for nearly a decade. Over the past year, he has had the privilege of leading group sessions, creating inviting spaces for individuals to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and tune into their body’s natural rhythm. His sessions thoughtfully blend music, breathwork, meditation, and light conversation to help participants feel more grounded, clear, and restored.
Zack is deeply passionate about the sauna not only for its physical benefits but for the way it supports mental clarity, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. His approach fosters both personal introspection and community connection.
Outside the sauna, Zack is currently studying Neurosomatic Therapy—a specialized form of bodywork that focuses on the relationship between posture, pain, and the nervous system. He also owns a woodworking business, where he builds custom saunas, combining his passion for craftsmanship with holistic health.
When he’s not working, Zack enjoys weight training, yoga, and long walks with his dog. He also finds joy in cooking, reading, music, and spending time in nature—anything that keeps him grounded, present, and aligned with the lifestyle he shares with others through his practice.
Amee Joshi, DO, e-RYT 500 is a physician, yoga and meditation teacher, and lead sauna and cold plunge instructor. With a unique ability to bridge modern medicine and ancient healing traditions, Amee is passionate about guiding others toward optimal health through a holistic and integrative approach.
Her wellness journey began in childhood, practicing yoga alongside her mother in Miami and exploring movement through dance. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and went on to complete her medical education at Nova Southeastern University. During her residency in family medicine, Amee rediscovered yoga as a powerful tool for resilience and stress relief—igniting a lifelong commitment to integrative healing.
Over the past two decades, Amee has expanded her expertise to include functional movement, Vedic meditation, and contrast therapy, helping others enhance recovery, boost clarity, and restore vitality. She is a certified yoga instructor through the Asheville School of Yoga and Kodawari Studios, with advanced training in Yin, Restorative, and Prenatal Yoga, as well as Vedic Meditation.
In her sessions, Amee weaves evidence-based science with ancient wisdom, tailoring each experience with care, presence, and intuition. Her calm and welcoming presence creates a supportive environment where individuals can challenge themselves, reconnect with their bodies, and tap into their innate healing potential.
Outside the sauna, Amee can be found cheering on her son Ashton at the sports field, dancing in the kitchen, cooking vibrant meals, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Jessica has been a dedicated daily runner since the age of 12, using it as a form of moving meditation to ground herself through life’s ups and downs. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and a master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Florida. As life evolved and became more complex, Jessica was drawn to yoga as a way to deepen her mind-body connection and cultivate stillness within.
For Jessica, yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a daily ritual that brings presence, clarity, and balance. It has become an essential tool in her journey as a mother of four, helping her remain a steady guide and lighthouse for her children.
Her passion for teaching and personal growth led her to pursue formal yoga teacher training. In March 2021, she completed her 200-hour certification at Kodawari Studios, driven by a desire to deepen her own practice and share the transformative power of yoga with others.
