Insurance & Payment
Heim Regenerative Medicine Center does not accept insurance for visits. Payment is required
at the time of service.
We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours
prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
No-Show / Late Cancellation Fees:
Blood Work & Lab Review Policy
To ensure responsible and safe medical care, all blood work ordered by our providers must be
reviewed during an appointment.
For patients whose medications or hormones are managed by our providers, blood work is
typically required every six (6) months.
Appointment Arrival Time
At Heim Regenerative Medicine Center, we value your time and strive to see patients promptly
and schedule plenty of time to cover any issues you may want to discuss.
If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please call the office to confirm whether we
can still accommodate your appointment.
Paperwork Requirements
All patient paperwork must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you cannot access the forms ahead of time, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete them
in the office.
If paperwork is not completed by the appointment time, your appointment may need to be
rescheduled.
Prescription Refills
We do not accept refill requests from pharmacies.
All medication refill requests must be made directly by the patient to our office.
Annual In-Office Visit Requirement
State regulations require that all patients be seen in the office at least once per year in order for our providers to continue prescribing medications and to prevent interruptions in care.
Controlled medications require an in-person appointment every 90 days.
